What is CBT?

Let’s be real—life gets overwhelming. Between stress, anxiety, negative thoughts, and that constant inner critic, it can feel like our minds are working against us. But here’s the good news: you’re not alone, and there are tools out there that can help. One of the most effective and widely used ones? Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT.

So… what is CBT, exactly?

CBT is a form of talk therapy that focuses on the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The basic idea is this: the way you think affects how you feel—and how you feel influences what you do.
